Just because you live in a small apartment does not mean you have to be a party pooper. Apartment dwellers can still find plenty of creative ways to make the most of their space when it comes to entertaining. For maximum style and fun at your next social event, utilize these top 3 tips to help you get your party started!
Tip 1: Set up multiple drink and food tables
Help eliminate everyone trying to squeeze into your already cramp kitchen by arranging several tables throughout your apartment for the food and drinks. This will also encourage guests to mingle.
Tip 2: Use all your space
Use the vertical space in your apartment wisely. For example organize food or dishes using tiered stands. Create a layout where people can easily navigate around and make more space in your living room. Prepare your space for your guest and do not forget to designate a place for your guest to put down their belongings such as hats, coats, and bags.
Tip 3: Create an additional seating area
Get creative and repurpose items you already own. Need more places to sit, arrange some sofa toss pillows on the floor around your coffee table.
With the upward rent trend in San Antonio, we understand how important it is that you feel like you are getting a good deal on your next apartment. To help you save money in your apartment hunt, here are 3 tips to help you get a great deal and ensure a seamless process in your search.
Most apartment communities will offer a look and lease special, which means you only have 24-48 hours to apply and take advantage of the great deal. You should come prepared to your appointment with your ID, move-in date, and pocketbook. Remember to have your co-signer on stand by if you need one to secure your rental.
Flexibility is key
Apartment communities are popping up all over the place so come with an open mind and willingness to move to a different part of town, not just here your heart is set on. By broadening your search you might find yourself a better (and cheaper) apartment.
